Baking and Pastries students finished up their Eclairs today - aren't they pretty? Students learned how to prepare pâte à choux dough, pipe the Eclairs, and prepare the pastry cream filling and the chocolate glaze.

February Award Winners for K-5 students!
Congratulations to the 2025 ProStart Culinary Team on their 6th-place finish at the Kansas State ProStart Culinary Competition this year!
Stafford is the smallest school participating in this competition - the next smallest team has a reported enrollment of 383 in it's High School! A big Thank You to family members that were able to attend the competition and cheer on the team!
Great performance by the Stafford Trojan Culinary Team! They finished just in time and received many positive comments from the many judges! Great job!

The ProStart Culinary Team successfully checked in their ingredients and are awaiting the orientation meeting.

The 2025 ProStart Team is ready for the State Culinary Competition - students have been putting in extra time outside of school to put the finishing touches on their menu. The 2025 menu includes Crab Cakes with a Tangy Remoulade, a Pan Seared Thick-Cut Lamb Chop basted in an herbed butter accompanied by Whipped Sweet Potatoes and Sauteed Green Beans, Leeks, Red Pepper, Bacon and Pine Nuts, and a fabulous Blackberry Mousse cake covered in a chocolate ganache. The team will check in ingredients on Tuesday, March 4th and will compete at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 5th.
