There will be a middle school football parent and player meeting on Wednesday, August 13, at 6:30 p.m. in the commons. (The high school meeting is at 6:00 p.m.).

The required student-athlete concussion and heat video presentations will be offered on Wednesday, August 13, at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Stafford Band room.

Distribution of football equipment for middle school is on Friday, August 15, at 3:20 p.m. in the locker room.

Parents of students entering Kindergarten: Students will not be allowed to start school until a current (Dated August 14th, 2024 or sooner) physical form is on file with the district.

Kids in need of a fresh haircut before the school year begins? Katie Trotta and Trista Taylor – sponsored by the Stafford Church of Christ – are offering free haircuts for all Stafford School children. Sign-up for a slot during the Stafford School open enrollment on August 1st and 4th then bring your child back to Stafford Elementary beginning at 3:30 on *August 4th, where they will receive a new comb, a goodie bag, and a fresh cut.
(Parents – we cannot offer haircuts to children suffering from head lice. Please ensure your child is lice free before arrival.)

Position Available Food Service Cook Aide Stafford USD 349 is accepting applications for a full-time Food Service Cook Aides. The Stafford USD 349 School Nutrition Program is looking for a self-motivated person for their team who is honest, flexible, shows commitment to the job, and is willing to learn and accept directions. Qualifications include: a High School Diploma or equivalent, must be able to understand and follow both written and spoken instructions, competent in food preparation for large groups (knowledge of fruit and vegetable preparation helpful), and adaptable to working with pupils and adults. Physical requirements – Lift up to 50lbs. Must be neat, clean, and free from communicable diseases. Shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., according to the school year calendar. Some summer hours available. Salary is competitive. Interested persons may pick up an application at the Superintendent’s Office located in Central School, 318 E.
