It's HOMECOMING day. The homecoming pep rally begins at 2:30 in the main gym. Stay until the end to see the unveiling of the new Trojan mascot. The crowning will be in between the girls' and boys' varsity games. Our cheerleaders will perform at halftime of the boys' varsity game. Games against Central Christian begin at 5:00 with JV boys.
The junior class parents will have a soup supper in the Commons at 5:00.
5th Quarter tonight:
Due to the frigid temperatures this weekend, the decision has been made to postpone the homecoming dance to February 15.
Stafford spellers competed on Wednesday for glory. After several hard fought rounds, Jaxon came out on top. 2nd place went to Riley, and 3rd place went to Ian.
Come to the Homecoming Pep Assembly on Friday, January 17 at 2:30 p.m. in the Stafford High School gymnasium. In addition to introducing our winter candidates, the Class of 2025 will present their class gift, a new Trojan Mascot. Cheer on your Trojans as they prepare to take on the Central Christian Cougars.

Food Service Cook Aide
The Stafford USD 349 School Nutrition Program is looking for a self-motivated person for their team who is honest, flexible, shows commitment to the job, and is willing to learn and accept directions. Stafford USD 349 is accepting applications for a full-time Food Service Cook Aide. Qualifications include: a High School Diploma or equivalent, must be able to understand and follow both written and spoken instructions, competent in food preparation for large groups (knowledge of fruit and vegetable preparation helpful), and adaptable to working with pupils and adults. Physical requirements – Lift up to 50lbs. Must be neat, clean, and free from communicable diseases.
Shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., according to the school year calendar. Some summer hours available. Salary is competitive.

Congratulations to senior Trevor Kirkpatrick for successfully completing Bovine Artificial Insemination training and earning his certification. Trevor is the first and only high school student to complete this program through Hutchinson Community College.
