Core Essentials

Hello parents and welcome to the month of April! This month in our Core Essentials social emotional learning curriculum we're talking about the character trait of HOPE. We're defining hope as "believing that something good can come out of something bad". For the littles in preschool, this is simplified to "believing that good things will happen".

Hope is SO important to have. Research shows people who have hope are more likely to obtain their goals, do better in academics, form healthier habits, cope and recover better from sickness, feel more satisfied with their lives, and have a stronger sense of meaning and purpose!

Hope is POWERFUL and you definitely want your kids to have more of it! Take a look at the newsletters below to see how you can foster this character trait in your homes.
